21世紀不動產:京15條對商業經營未必利好

2月16日,北京出臺樓市調控15條細則:外地人購房須提供五年納稅證明,限購以認房為標準,開發商定價與成本差異過大將追責,暫不公布北京調控目標。21世紀不動產商業地產發展中心總監羅蕾在微博上表示,細則出臺,這對于從事商業的人來說未必是個利好,我們依靠的不是單純的投資客戶,商業最終的核心價值不是“交易”而是“經營”。
羅蕾說,新的京十五條細則出臺,引發了行業內一片唏噓。住宅市場到底會何去何從?這對于我們從事商業的人來說算是個利好的消息嗎?其實我覺得不盡然,對于商業來說,我們依靠的不是單純的投資客戶,商業最終的核心價值不是“交易”而是“經營”。該先轉變這個意識形態,再來看看我們可以做什么樣的商業。
對于購房建議,羅蕾更新微博“今天好多人問我關于房價的事,其實我一直都告訴問我的人們,買房如果是解決自住需求,什么時候買都一樣,只要你衡量一下自己的購買力,再評估一下需求,然后再選擇可選擇的樓盤,找到最合適的。問題就解決了。不要糾結房價到底會怎么樣,糾結半天就算買了便宜的,大漲100%你也還得自住。”(徐 鵬/文)
